Signal Engine · by Everlit

Pipeline that never goes dark.

We build a signal engine inside your stack. Every week it finds US companies showing buying signals for your product and delivers them to your CRM with researched, personalized outreach.

Live in 3–4 weeks, for less than one month of an SDR. You own it.

For US B2B SaaS · seed to Series A · 10–150 people · demo-led sales

How a signal reaches your CRM
  1. Raised a round in the last 90 days
  2. Hiring a role that uses your product
  3. New sales leader, first 90 days
  4. A past champion moved companies
  5. In your CRM every weekAccount, contacts, why-now and a drafted email

The problem

You need a repeatable channel before your next round.

Series A investors look for a repeatable acquisition channel and deals closed by someone other than the founder. The classic answer — hire SDRs — is expensive, slow, and often doesn’t work.

  • $110–173k

Fully loaded yearly cost of one US SDR seat, with 3–6 months of ramp before results.

    Glencoco, 2026
  • 50–70%

Yearly customer churn of fully autonomous AI SDR tools.

    Autobound, 2026
  • $2.5M

Median ARR at Series A in 2025 — the bar your channel has to help you reach.

Signal Engine

A system, not another seat.

In 3–4 weeks we build a signal pipeline in your own accounts. It keeps running every week after the project ends.

  • Won-deal analysis

We study your closed-won deals in HubSpot or Salesforce to learn who actually buys.

  • ICP and signal map

Which companies fit, and which events mean they are ready to buy now.

  • Signal pipeline

Sourcing and research that keep running every week after we hand it over.

  • First 300–500 accounts

With contacts and a short “why now” for every account.

  • 2–3 outreach sequences

Personalized, and every message built on a fact you can check.

  • Safe sending setup

Separate domains, warmup and limits, a CAN-SPAM footer and unsubscribe.

  • CRM integration

Accounts, contacts and drafts land where your team already works.

  • Test send, report, docs

Your first SDR starts with a working system on day one.

Signals

We look for the moment a company is ready to buy.

The signal set is tuned to your product using your won deals. Typical signals for SaaS:

How it works

Live in 3–4 weeks, inside your stack.

  1. Map

Kickoff and won-deal review. Together we agree on the ICP, the signal set and the acceptance criteria — how many qualifying accounts per week the system has to deliver.

  2. Build

We build the signal pipeline inside your own tools and accounts, and you review the first accounts as they come through.

  3. Launch

Outreach sequences, separate sending domains and CRM integration, finished with a test send we check by hand.

  4. Hand off

Report and documentation. Run it with your team, or keep us on for support or managed outbound.

  • 50% upfront, 50% after the acceptance criteria are met.

  • Everything lives in your accounts. You can stop after the project.
  • After the project: optional support, or managed outbound by monthly subscription.

Why trust a new agency

No borrowed logos. We show the work instead.

We don’t have published client case studies yet, so we prove it on your market before you pay anything.

  • Results before you pay

Send us your website and we reply with 10 US companies showing buying signals for your product.

  • We built it for ourselves first

The same pipeline finds and researches the companies we reach out to.

  • You own everything

Your CRM, your accounts, the code in your repository. No lock-in.

  • Not an AI SDR on autopilot

Every message rests on a checkable fact, and we review samples by hand.

  • Your domain stays safe

Never from your main domain: separate domains, warmup, limits, an address and unsubscribe in every email.

  • Founder-led

One accountable person does the work. Contracts and invoices through a California LLC, in USD.

  • Series C and later, or more than 150 people

FAQ

Questions founders ask

Is this an AI SDR?

No. An AI SDR rents you an autonomous sender. We build a signal system in your own stack: it finds accounts with a reason to buy now and drafts outreach grounded in verifiable facts, with human review. You keep it after the project.

How is this different from an outbound agency?

Agencies usually sell meetings from their own infrastructure on a monthly retainer. We build the system inside your accounts, document it and hand it over. Run it yourself, or keep us on for managed outbound.

Do you guarantee meetings?

No. Meetings depend on your product, market and sales process, which we don’t control. We guarantee a working system and the agreed weekly flow of qualifying accounts.

What do you need from us?

Access to HubSpot or Salesforce to review closed-won deals, a kickoff call, and a budget for the data and sending tools. You pay those vendors directly; we estimate the cost before we start.

Will you send email from our domain?

Never from your main domain. We set up separate sending domains, warm them up and keep volumes within safe limits. Every email carries a physical address and an unsubscribe option, as CAN-SPAM requires.

What happens after the pilot?

The system stays with you. Run it with your team, keep us on for support, or move to managed outbound on a monthly subscription.
